Welcome to this fantastic country house for 7 people (plus 3 extra) near Porreres. Enjoy the pool and spacious areas of the property located in a peaceful countryside in the county of Pla de Mallorca!

The house built on the plot of 50,000 m2 near Porreres in a rural environment has a constructed area of 170m2 and has been renovated in 2012. Therefore the pool, furniture and household equipment are in an excellent condition. The house offers 3 large bedrooms which can house a family or group of friends. One double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a double bed is located in a separate part of the house and is adapted for disabled guests. This room also has a double sofa-bed for two extra people. The second double bedroom has a retractable bed and space for an extra person. The last bedroom is furnished with a double bed. All rooms have air conditioning and space for a cot. The house has two bathrooms, both with shower and bath.

A large living room is an ideal place to relax on a comfortable sofa and to enjoy meals with a family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with new utensils and has a direct access to the dining room. Among kitchen equipment you find electric kettle, toaster, juice squeezer, water kettle, coffee machine, stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery and refrigerator with freezer. In the laundry there is washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the summer months fans are available to complement an airy and light accommodation in which a Mediterranean breeze run through the rooms. In the colder months apart from air conditioning (hot air), the house has a fireplace in the dining area and radiators in all rooms. The house has Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a Wii and stereo with CD and DVD player.

The exterior of the house has been recently remodelled and offers enough space for everyone to find a favourite corner. On the furnished porch of 30 m2 you can enjoy meals in the fresh air. The pool of 3.75x7.5m invites you to cool off during the hottest hours. After the swimming rest yourself on the hammocks, organize outdoor games on the lawn or prepare a tasty barbecue. Discover with your family a neighbourhood by bikes which are also at your disposal.

The location of the house is in Porreres in the Pla de Mallorca, a rural setting with farming and cultivated fields of grain and fruits. The house is located close to the town center with attractive shops and restaurants. The nearest beach Sa Rapita is only 17 km away.
