Join for an unforgettable vacation in this beautiful house with stunning views, ideal for up to 8 guests.
Welcome to The Beach Villa located in La Joya, just above Cala Llenya, near San Carlos. It is in a special location near the beach of Cala Llenya, on the east coast of Ibiza.
Outside the house a charming place to enjoy the outdoors awaits you. Our garden offers a quiet and relaxing space, with a large terrace with swimming pool perfect to spend the day in the sun. We also have an outdoor barbecue area, ideal for sharing special moments with the family.
The house has three living rooms with satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need and a dining room.
All bedrooms have two single beds together, closets and en-suite bathrooms. They are also air-conditioned and some even have TV. You can keep warm in the house with the air conditioning before and after the season. In winter, the underfloor heating and fireplace keep the house cozy.
If you need things for the children, such as a crib or highchair, just ask us, we will be happy to provide them. And if your small dog is well-behaved, he is also welcome. Just let us know in advance.
At Cala Llenya beach, there's a snack bar where you can grab something to eat. Cala Nova beach, with lots of restaurants, is just a 10-minute walk away. During the season, there's a little supermarket nearby for basic things. For more shopping and fun, you can visit the San Carlos hippy area with its shops and pubs.
We prefer families to groups of friends, so our house is perfect for a relaxing family vacation.
