Lovely large countryside house for 10 people ,private swimming pool and wonderful views.
Welcome to this wonderful property where you can chill out at the garden with amazing views, sunbathing on one of the deck chairs, reading the newspaper under the parasol or swim in the chlorine, 10m x 5m pool with a depth ranging from 1.2m to 2.5m. It has a 60m2 furnished porch, with sofas and a big table where you can enjoy nice moments and taste delicious meals and summery dinners with the mobile barbecue that you have at your service.

The 240m2 house is divided into 2 floors. At the ground floor you will find a furnished salon, the kitchen with all important household appliances and necessary amenities for cooking comfortably, and, in the same space, a living room equipped with table and chairs. Furthermore, there is an independent laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an iron board. You will also find two rooms with double beds and two bathrooms with a shower, one of them en-suite.

The first floor has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a bathroom en-suite with a bath, and the other one with space for three people, equipped with a bunk and a trundle bed. If necessary, you have a cot and a high chair at your service. The house also has central heating.

This property is located in a quiet area at the centre of the island, close to the mountains and only 1,5KM from Selva village, where you will find all the services that you might need during your stay. Selva is a nice village at the bottom of the mountains, ideal for trips to the Sierra de Tramuntana and close to the motorway, so well communicated to visit any Majorca area. There is a market every Wednesday morning, where you can find traditional majorcan products.

Selva is located only 6km to Inca, one of the most important villages of the island due to its leather tradition. There you can find all kind of shops to buy high quality leather.

If what you fancy is to visit Mallorca beaches as well, the closest and best quality one is Puerto de Alcúdia, where you will enjoy a white sand and clean water big beach. There you can practice a wide range of water sports like windsurf, kitesurf or waterbikes.

This property also has an outdoors parking for 6 vehicles.

Note: This property renting will be done based on the Spanish legislation, specifically the 29/1994 Law, from 24th Novermber, urban rentals. So you will get the property for your season use. In this contract there is not any type of touristic service for the tenant, consisting only at the cession of use and benefit of the property.
