Welcome to this countryhouse for 4 persons, just outside Montuiri.
The beautiful outside area counts with large paved areas, a chlorine pool (5,5m x 5,5m x 1,4m), 4 sunbeds, a furnished porch for long summer evening tertulias and a mobile barbeque. All this is accompanied by magnificent views on countryside's wheat fields.

The 125m2 house is a groundfloor only. It counts with 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two individual beds. The bathroom is shared and equipped with a shower.
In the cosy living- and dining room with kitchenette you will find 2 sofas, a satellite TV, a table with chairs and a romantic fireplace. The kitchen works on gas and counts with al necessary utensils to prepare a perfect family dinner. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available.

The house is situated on the flat interior countryside of Mallorca. With its' agricultural activity, it is the perfect spot to get to know the authentic Mallorca. The village of Montuiri is only 2,5km away, and counts with several recommendable, well-known restaurants. You will find Mallorca's most beautiful beach at just 29km away: the long, fine sandy beach of Es Trenc (Sa Ràpita).

Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
