The private saltwater swimming pool, measuring 8 x 4 metres and 1.60 metres deep, is perfect for cooling off and spending leisurely days in the sunshine. An outdoor shower adds extra convenience after a refreshing swim. The covered porch offers a lovely shaded spot to relax or linger over a meal, while the terrace is ideal for admiring the surrounding countryside and unwinding in the fresh air. The barbecue area is perfect for preparing lunch or dinner with family and friends, surrounded by the peace and quiet of the countryside. With complete privacy throughout, it's an idyllic place to switch off and make special memories together.

Set entirely on one level, the house offers welcoming, practical interiors for a relaxing stay with family or friends. The living room, dining area and kitchen flow together in a spacious open-plan layout, creating the perfect setting for spending time together. The living area features air conditioning, a Smart TV and a wood-burning stove that adds a cosy touch during the cooler months (firewood is not provided). The kitchen, equipped with an induction hob, is ideal for preparing delicious meals to enjoy together around the table. There are three comfortable bedrooms, all with air conditioning and wardrobes. Two have double beds and fans, with one also offering direct access to the terrace, while the third has twin beds. The house also has two bathrooms, both with showers, and a cot for families travelling with a baby. For added convenience, a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided, ensuring everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Nestled in peaceful countryside at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, the property is an ideal base for discovering the authentic side of Mallorca. The charming towns of Lloseta and Binissalem are nearby, offering traditional streets, local restaurants and the chance to visit some of the area's renowned wineries. Nature lovers can explore the surrounding walking and cycling trails or discover Castell d'Alaró, with its spectacular views across the island. Inca is also well worth a visit, particularly for its lively weekly market and traditional craftsmanship. For a day by the sea, the long sandy beaches of Alcúdia and Playa de Muro are excellent choices. A wonderful location for combining peaceful countryside, nature, culture and beautiful beaches.

A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
