Welcome to this beautiful, modern house in Vilafranca de Bonany. It is prepared for 8 persons.
The outside area counts with a well-furnished terrace, a small green space, a 10mx4,5m chlorine pool (the depth steeps up slowly from 0,8-1,5m) and a barbeque.

This 2-storey house of 280m2 counts with 4 bedrooms: 1 on the ground floor with two individual beds and 3 on the first floor (1 with a double bed, TV and an en-suite bathroom with shower, and 2 bedrooms with two individual beds each). All bedrooms on the first floor count with air conditioning. On request, there are two baby beds and highchairs available. There is a bathroom for general use on the first floor, with shower and bath tub, and two more bathrooms for general use on the ground floor, with a shower each.

The modern furnished living room counts with a sofa, 2 arm chairs and Smart-TV. The independent dining kitchen works with a hob and counts with a dining table, TV and all necessary utensils to prepare a great family dinner. You will also find a washing machine and an iron and ironing board. The whole house is equipped with central heating.

Vilafranca de Bonany is an enchanting little village where you will find all basic things you might need during your holiday. The city of Manacor is only 11km away, and there you will be able to do some bigger shopping.You will find the nearest beach in Portocristo, at 20km. But you will surely not regret a visit to any of the most beautiful and unspoiled coves like Cala Morlanda and Cala Magraner.

The village of Sineu is only 20 minutes away by car. On Wednesday, you can enjoy the biggest market of Mallorca there, with live animals (sheep, pigs, chicken, etc.) and variety of gastronomic specialties.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
