The exterior area of this house becomes a little paradise. The porch is perfect for your family meals cooked on the BBQ. Before or after, you can enjoy the sun for a while on the 8 sunloungers, or a good reading beneath the parasol. The private chlorine pool secures a cool dip. It sizes 8 x 4.5 metres and the water depth ranges from 0.9 to 2 metres. Then, you can head to the beach, only a short walk away. The top terrace is perfect to end the day with a glass of wine.

Inside, you'll be welcomed by an impressive room that links the living room to the dining on the one side, and to another sitting room on the other. It is equipped with TV-sat and a DVD player. The airy kitchen offers a gas cooktop, a table with chairs and access to the outside. The laundry room features a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms, all with a closet and a fan. One of them, with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub, is on the main floor and by the toilet. Upstairs you have the other 3 rooms, one with a double bed and the others with twin beds. The first and one of the latter also have an en-suite with a tub each. The 4th bathroom, also with a tub, completes this floor. There is a baby cot and a high-chair. The house is equipped with oil central heating.
