Welcome to this majestic chalet in Son Servera, with room for 8 guests, private pool and 2.8 km from the beach of Cala Bona.
The exterior area of this great chalet is incomparable. In front of the wonderful building you'll find the great chlorine pool -sizing 9 x 4 metres and with a water depth ranging from 0.8 to 2 metres- which invites to swim and sunbathe on one of the 8 sunloungers around, play with the little ones at the playground area and maybe cook a delicious barbecue. You can enjoy it at the covered terrace and end your day relaxing there or at the superior deck with a glass of wine and admiring the sea.

Inside, a huge living-dining room will meet you, where you can enjoy your meals all together and relax on the sofas while chatting. There's another living area where you can watch a TV-sat or DVD film. The dream-like kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and gas cooktop on an island, all utensils you need and a high table with stools. The laundry room offers a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms with a closet each. One has twin beds and is still on the main floor. The other three bedrooms are upstairs, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath and the other two with twin beds. There are two more bathrooms, one with a shower downstairs and the other on the first floor and with a tub. A baby cot and a high chair are available. The kitchen, the independent living room and the bedrooms offer an AC unit each.

This chalet is located in Son Servera, about 800 metres from the town centre, where you'll find bars, restaurants, bus stop, etc. The nearest beach is Cala Bona, about 2.8 km although there are many other around like Cala Millor, etc. The nearest golf course is in Capdepera, about 15.2 km.
