A small BBQ area with outdoor dining is available, along with sun loungers and seating around the pool. The area is beautifully lit in the evening, making it a perfect spot for some evening drinks.

As you enter the property through a secure gate, you'll immediately feel the charm of this villa. A winding path leads you to the front entrance. Inside, the first thing you'll see is a welcoming reception area with a lovely dining space overlooking the sea, a fully equipped traditional kitchen, and a delightful living room with comfortable sofas, a TV, and a music system. All the rooms have air conditioning, ensuring you can enjoy these spaces in comfort at any time.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and can easily accommodate 8 guests. The bedrooms are spread across the main house, a separate casita, and a pool house, providing privacy for everyone.

Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom, located on the upper floor. It has a double bed, air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom, cupboard space, a private balcony, and a sea view.

Bedroom 2 is the second and last bedroom in the main house. It's on the ground floor next to a shared bathroom. The shared bathroom has a bathtub with ocean views through a picture frame window. The bedroom itself has a double bed, air conditioning, cupboard space, and a sea view.

Bedroom 3 is in its own casita just off the main house. It has twin single beds, air conditioning, cupboard space, and shares a bathroom with other guests. The room is completely secure and can be locked.

Bedroom 4 is situated in a pool house on a lower level than the rest of the house. It is well-equipped with its own ensuite bathroom, a mosaic-style bathtub with a sea view, air conditioning, and a walk-in wardrobe. The room can be locked for extra security and privacy.

Villa Teddy is located in the beautiful area of Cala San Vincente. The town has some very popular dining venues and, of course, a stunning beach.
