This fantastic town house in Ariany offers accommodation for 6 people, a pretty private pool and charming corners where you can relax and enjoy.
After a morning full of activities, the best thing to do is to cool down in the private salt water pool -that sizes 6.5 to 3.5 metres and has a water depth of 1.5 metres. After swimming for a while, you can enjoy the sun on the 4 sunloungers by the pool and wash off under the exterior shower before heading to the porch to cook and enjoy a delicious BBQ. There is also a superior terrace which is perfectly furnished for you to relax with a glass of wine and admiring the views to the pool and town.
Inside, the hallway leads to the living room where you can watch TV-sat or read a good book by the warmth of the fireplace when it's cold. The dining room is independent and it has room for 6 people. The kitchen offers a ceramic hob and all you need to cook. In the same floor you'll find a shower bathroom and two bedrooms with twin beds ans a closet each. The third bedroom is upstairs and it also has twin beds and a closet as well as an en-suite with a shower. It's accessible only from the outside terrace. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are also at the terrace. A baby cot and a high chair are available and the house is equipped with underfloor heating.
Ariany is a small charming village. You'll find the basic services here like a grocery shop and some good restaurants. The surroundings are mainly rural and invite to stroll across the fields or to practice cycling or hiking. The nearest beach is Son Serra de Marina about 20 km away.

11 guests reviewed this property. Wir waren 4 Tage vor Ort. Das gesamte Haus ist ein Traum! Der Garten mit dem Pool war das absolute Highlight. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und abgelegen, ein Auto ist ein Muss.
Nice Finca! Simple and very good communication with the owner and his cousin. Arrived shortly after the cleaning and got direct access, with a good tour of everything. Only thing to consider, that you stay in a village, it has pretty small streets and also has lots of homeless cats. The owners decided to support them, by giving them water and some dry food, which we always renewed. -> for people who love cats very nice, only bummer that the cats also take their number two directly at the trees in the garden. So keep in mind, that with some winds, there might be a short cat poo sniff for you. Otherwise, ariany is pretty chilled, you have two supermarkets that have enough stuff for some days, and Manacor is only approx. 15 minutes away by car, where you have plenty of supermarkets and shopping.

Ich habe sogar spät abends noch eine Frage gehabt und diese wurde innerhalb zwanzig Minuten beantwortet. So etwas nenne ich perfekten Service.Alles hat 1A geklappt und war einwandfrei! Absolut empfehlenswert. Das Ferienhaus war wie beschrieben und hat unsere Erwartungen sogar noch übertroffen! Alles in allem ein schöner und stressfreier Urlaub.

See more Well set up, quiet and peaceful. Villa has everything you would need, good location for short journey to coast or for exploring other parts of the island. Small welcome package of food and fruit was well received after a long and delayed journey. Overall it's a lovely place to stay, was not disppointed in any way
See more Wir haben die Finca in Ariany für die erste Septemberwoche mit 3 erwachsenen Personen gemietet. Das Haus war wirklich super sauber und der Hausherr hat uns den Kühlschrank mit dem wichtigsten bestückt, der Obstkorb war voll und wunderbar. Brot wurde für uns bereit gelegt, genauso wie Getränke. Wir sind wirklich froh dieses kleine Haus in dieser wunderbaren Stadt gefunden zu haben. Ein Highlight ist der gepflegte Garten mit dem sauberen, sehr einladenden Pool. Zwei Dinge werden allerdings schlecht beschrieben und sollten noch genannt werden: Strom wird am Anfang und am Ende des Urlaubs abgelesen und vor Ort bezahlt (7 Tage, drei Erwachsenen=35ruro, in unserem Fall), außerdem befindet sich ein Doppelzimmer im 1.OG und ist nur über die Terasse erreichbar. Es hat allerdings ein eigenes Bad und ist das frisch renoviereste :) der Hausherr war u fassbar freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Wir freuen uns auf nächstes Jahr und hoffen, dass die Finca noch verfügbar ist :) aber selbst wenn nicht, wird das kleine Dorf Ariany unser Urlaubsort werden.

“Detrás de una fachada humilde, de arquitectura típica mallorquina, sorprende una magnífica casa, grande, limpísima a más no poder, con un patio con piscina y barbacoa precioso, y sobre todo muy cómoda. Los detalles de bienvenida que nos dejó la dueña nos dejaron boquiabiertos y a la casa no le falta detalle, tiene de todo. Desde luego se nota que Francisca cuida y mima la casa y a sus huéspedes. Como nuestra idea era hacer turismo por la isla su ubicación nos resultó ideal, puesto que está muy centrada y la distancia a cualquier sitio es más o menos la misma. Gracias por todo. Volveremos”
