Villa Artigues

This tiny but very cozy house, situated at a wonderful place in the north of the island, near Santa Maria del Cami and can comfortably accomodate 3 people.
The exteriors are beautiful and the garden invites you to relax and bask in the sun or have a BBQ with your family. The private chlorine water pool has a size of 10 meters x 5 meters and a depth that goes from 1.20 to 1.95 meters. There's an exterior shower. The plot is fenced and it has partial privacy.

The one-storey villa with a size of 75 m2 counts with 2 bedrooms and is ideal for couples with children. One of the bedrooms is fitted with a double bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed. There are is 1 shower bathroom.

This cozy villa will make you feel like home. The comfy living area with air conditioning invites you to sit down on the sofa and relax, read a good book, watch satellite TV or surf on the internet (wifi). The kitchen offers you everything you may need for preparing your meals, including a vitro hob. You will have access to a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You could park up to 3 cars in the patio (not covered) and other car under the porch.

The charming village Santa Maria del Camí is only 2.5 km from the villa. There, you will find all amenities you need during your stay: a supermarket, a medical center, a pharmacy and a few bars and restaurants. The town still conserves its authentic lifestyle and there are lots of native people live there. Don’t forget to try the excellent wines from the wine yards of Santa Maria del Camí. On Sundays from 8 am to 3 pm takes place the local market on the main square (“Plaça Nova”), where you could buy fresh food like eggs, vegetables, cheese or other local products.

The location of the villa is perfect and in only 20 minutes driving by car you will reach the sand beach Playa de Palma, and in about 30 minutes by car the beautiful village Puerto de Sóller. All the villages of the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana are worth visiting and the bays there invite you to take a refreshing nap and enjoy the nature and the sun. Furthermore, you will find a few nice restaurants there that offer marvelous views over the sea and / or the mountains.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
