Welcome to this wonderful finca for 12 people! It is located in Ca's Canar, a small village between the centred towns of Costitx and Sencelles and it features two independent houses, one by the other, around a beautiful pool.
The exterior area is stunning. Depending on the season, the fields become a green landscape or they are full of bales, just a pleasure to look at. The great chlorine pool of 10 x 3.5 metres with a water depth from 1.2 to 1.7 is located just by the mill tower. After a nice dip or a while under the sun beams on one of the 7 sun loungers, you find the barbecue area between the 2 buildings. It is perfectly furnished for your meals alfresco. Besides, there are other idyllic corners to enjoy the starry sky by a bottle of wine. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

The first house that we see when we enter the property has a quite spacious living-dining room where you can sit and watch TV or chat with your loved ones while cooling down with the AC or enjoying the warmth of the fireplace when it's cold outside. On the other side, the dining area invites to enjoy delicious banquets. There is a bathroom with a hydromassage shower just by the living room. Then you get to the kitchen which is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, wide countertops and large windows and more. There are three bedrooms for you to rest during your vacation. One of them is on the main floor and it features a double bed, closet, space for a baby cot and a high chair and an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage shower. The other two rooms are upstairs and they are communicated between them, one with two double beds and the other with two twin beds.

The second house is very cosy. When you enter you find a fantastic room that combines a kitchen with a gas stove that has a great personality with the dining area and the living. You will find a TV-set and a wood stove. Still on this floor you find two beautiful bedrooms with a double bed and a closet each. A shower bathroom completes this level. On the upper floor there is a 3rd bedroom with two twin beds and a closet and a bathroom with a hydromassage shower. Privacy in this building is not total since the walls don't reach the ceiling and bathrooms do not have a door, so always open. There are 7 fans in total for the 2 houses. And you will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board in the barbecue area.

The property is about 2.7 km away from Sencelles, where you will find everything you need for your stay like supermarket, bars, traditional restaurants and more. It is possible to hear the planes passing by on occasion but it's a quiet area in general terms. You will have to drive about 30 minutes to reach the fantastic beaches of Puerto de Alcudia, ses Casetas des Capellans or Can Picafort which are well known in the island thanks to their crystalline waters and their white and fine sand. There are other dream-like coves like La Victoria which are worth a visit.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
