The exterior area of this finca is a real paradise. The peace and the views to the fields will be your best company while you bask in the sun on one of the 8 sun-loungers and swim in the salt water private pool that sizes 8 x 4 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1 to 1.6 metres. It is surrounded by a great lawn area -including an area for the little ones- a ping pong table, a terrace and a porch where you can enjoy your BBQs and a great furnished pergola to admire the sunset with a glass of wine.

The two story building works with solar energy. The living-dining room welcomes you and invites you to have all your meals together or rest while watching the TV-sat. From here you enter the kitchen which is equipped with a gas cooktop and much more. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. A bedroom with a double bed and a shower bathroom complete this floor. Upstairs you will find another shower bathroom and three more bedrooms, two of them with twin beds and the last one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath. A bathroom with a shower is available outside, by the porch. All bedrooms are equipped with a closet and a fan. Finally, a baby cot and a high chair also are available.

This villa is located 11.4 km away from the centre of Manacor, a cosy city well known thanks to the furniture shops and pearl factories. You will find lots of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops,... The nearest beach is Porto Cristo about 26.4 km away although from Manacor you can visit other beaches like Cala Romántica, Cales de Mallorca,...
