Overlooking the seafront of Porto Cristo, this beautiful apartment accommodates and welcomes up to four guests.
Can you imagine a better place to spend a nice, quiet holiday overlooking the sea, than this apartment? Starting the day with breakfast on the terrace, freshly squeezed orange juice, toast and coffee, for example, whilst admiring the view and listening and watching the soft movement of the waves with the first rays of sun dancing on the water. After breakfast you can head for the beach, to soak up the sun enjoy a dip in the sea, after all, the beach is just a few steps away!
This fourth floor apartment, with elevator, features a comfortable and great living/dining area where you can relax while watching TV or chatting together at the dining table. Close to it, there is the fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven and microwave and everything you may need to cook at ease. The laundry area is accessed by the kitchen, with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. In terms of rest, there are two bedrooms with two single beds and a fan in each. Moreover, one of the dormitories also has a wardrobe and the other features space for allocating a cot as well as a high chair, in case you need it. There is an additional fan and the accommodation is equipped with oil central heating too. Finally there are two bathrooms, one with shower, and one with bathtub.
Porto Cristo is a beautiful coastal town for those who love the paradisaical beaches of turquoise waters like the one just 120 metres away from the apartment. There are many more delightful beaches within easy access like Cala Mandia or Calas de Mallorca. Porto Cristo is well known for its Caves of Drach and Hams, and its gastronomy and entertainment, Mallorcan cuisine at its best. For the seafaring, boat excursions along the coastline are a must.

Overall a great place in a fabulous location, beautiful views over the Marina and sea with sun on the balcony most of the day. Homerti was a perfect host, replied to messages promptly. There are a few things that could be improved to make it a better experience. Cleanliness was a little lacking, the kitchen pots and crockery needed cleaning and the fans were very dirty and inadequate in the heat, made sleeping difficult at night. The apartment was difficult to find when we arrived late at night, but the taxi driver, supplied by Homerti was excellent in helping us find it, thank you. An information booklet about the apartment would have been nice, we didn’t know where to put the trash etc. Overall a lovely place but with a little more attention to detail it would have made it much better. Thank you Homerti and team for responding to our messages/requests so promptly
