Fantastic town house in the superb urbanisation of Cala Blava. It offers accommodation for 8 people and a beautiful garden, and it is located just 170 metres away from the beach.
The green and luxuriant garden of this property features a great vivacity and beauty. It becomes a cosy and fresh space where you can bask in the sun just laying on the towel while the little ones play around.The beautiful landscape will be your company and will help you to relax during your breakfast time or while reading something interesting about Mallorca. On the other side, the back courtyard is perfect for a good meal cooked on the barbecue after a long day at the beach. The exterior shower is really helpful to wash the sand and the salt off.

The inside house emanates freshness and a summer atmosphere, since all rooms and most of the furniture emphasises the light thanks to the white colours. In fact, all the old and rustic details have been tastefully restored. When you enter, you find a great living room where you can spend time together chatting, resting or watching the satellite TV. The dining room, that comes behind a beautiful arch in back of the hall and the living room, has a great round table for all of our guests and leads to the kitchen, which is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven and all you can need to cook as if you were at home. The laundry is in a independent room and it offers an iron, an ironing board, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. As this is a two-storey house, you find a shower bathroom downstairs, and a toilet, a bathroom with a shower and the bedrooms upstairs. There is a total of 4 bedrooms, all with AC and a closet. One offers a double bed and the other 3 have two twin beds each. On the other hand, three of the rooms have direct exit to the same shared terrace. A baby cot and a high chair, as well as 8 electric radiators, complete the equipment.

You will reach the paradisaical beach of Cala Blava in about 2 minutes walking. However, you can drive to know other impressive beaches and coves like Son Veri Nou, sa Ràpita or the protected beach of es Trenc, among many others. You can go to visit Palma that has a wide offer of leisure, shops, culture and night life. Do not miss the emblematic cathedral La Seu and the historical centre, that you will reach in about 15 - 20 minutes drive. Lots of restaurants, cafes, all kinds of shops and shopping malls are waiting for you there.
