This fantastic semi-detached house, with a great shared pool and located about 1.6 km from the paradisaical beach of Cala Pi, welcomes 5 guests.
The exterior area of this beautiful semi-detached house is a true wonder. The private porch invites to enjoy a Mediterranean breakfast or a delicious meal cooked on the gas BBQ. After some steps you'll find a very well cared space that is shared with the neighbour semi-detached house. Here, you can bask in the sun or enjoy a good reading on the 8 sunloungers and then head to the shared chlorine pool -sizing 8.5 x 4 metres and with a water depth that goes from 0.8 to 1.8 metres- and to the exterior shower to cool down. If you prefer to sunbathe in a more private place, the house top terrace is perfect for that and it offers 2 more sunloungers.

Inside, you'll be met by a modern air-conditioned room where the living room, the dining room and the kitchen are all together. Here, you can cook your best dishes on the ceramic top and enjoy them on the dining table and then, you can rest on the sofas while watching the TV-sat. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. A bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with twin beds complete this floor. On the first floor, you'll find another bathroom with a tub and two bedrooms with twin beds each and access to the terrace. The three bedrooms feature a closet, a ceiling fan and a AC unit.

The location of the house is a privileged one. Cala Pi is a cosy coastal area with one of the most paradisaical coves of the island, and this is only 1.6 km away. The area offers bars, restaurants, grocery shops and more. In addition, skirting the coast both sides you'll find more dream-like beaches and coves like es Trenc, among many others.
