Situated in a relatively quiet residential area of Can Picafort, this house offers several terraces, even with views on the mediterranean forest, from which to enjoy the good weather on Mallorca. There are three sun loungers to relax in the sunshine and a barbecue to do some outdoor cooking. The garden is fenced and there are direct neighbours.

The house is distributed over 3 floors, with a living- and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with vitro hob, a guest room and a washing room with washing machine, iron and ironing board on the ground floor. The television has some channels in English or German, but most are in Spanish.

On the first floor you will find a luminous bedroom with a double bed, a television with Spanish channels, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub. The second bedroom also counts with a double bed and a wardrobe. There is a general bathroom with a shower on this floor, as well as a terrace with sun loungers and views on the urbanization.

The second floor offers a lively colored bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe and access to a furnished terrace with views on the forest. On request, we can prepare up to three fans, a baby bed and a high chair, without any additional cost.

Can Picafort is a lively beach village, especially during summer, and offers a huge variety of services, like shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars, as well as a kilometric beach. Have a relaxing walk on the seaside promenade, all the way to Ses Casetes des Capellans or Playa de Muro, and enjoy a paella in one of the beach clubs or a refreshing drink with views on the sea. In bus or on bike, you can easily reach the Albufera Natural Park or even the pinturesque village of Alcúdia, with its Roman ruins and old city walls.
