On the ground floor there is a living room equipped with air conditioning and a Smart TV, integrated with a fully equipped kitchen-dining area with a ceramic hob. On the first floor are the three bedrooms, all with double beds, wardrobes, air conditioning and the possibility of adding a crib, ensuring rest and comfort. The property has two bathrooms: one with a shower and bidet on the ground floor, and another with a bathtub on the first floor. There is also a laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Additionally, the house offers entertainment with a billiard table at the end of the ground-floor patio and a foosball table in a room next to the terrace on the top floor.
