Beautiful country house with shared pool, located on the outskirts of Artà, where 5 guests will find their holiday home amid the forest and the fields.
This lovely villa offers the rural charm and the traditional architectural style of the island accompanied by the fields and forest around that transform the exterior area into a dream-like place for those who love nature. All the beautiful corners outdoors will allow our guests to enjoy delicious barbecued meals at the terrace, maybe a glass of wine or maybe a dip in the communal chlorine pool. This is shared with a house located next to it. It sizes 8 x 4 metres and it has a water depth that ranges from 1.10 to 2.40 metres and it is surrounded by 9 sun loungers where you can bask in the sun and peace. The property is fenced.

Once inside the one-storey house, you find a spacious open plan room with the living room, the dining room and the kitchen. It features a wood stove which is perfect to watch the satellite TV while you cook or set the table. There are three bedrooms, all of them with a double bed, closet, fan and exit to the garden. Then you find two bathrooms with a shower for the whole accommodation (one of them outside). A baby cot and a high chair also are available. The laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are located in an independent annex in the garden.

The finca is located almost 3 km away from the centre of Artà, so you will enjoy both, the peace of the countryside and all services needed for an independent stay since all of them are near the house. The nearest beach is about 11.4 km away in Colonia de Sant Pere but there are many others that are worth a visit. In order to spend a different kind of day, you can head for the golf course in Capdepera, about 9 km away.
