This house offers accommodation on one floor and 132 m2. Rooms are bright and comfortable, including an elegant furnished living room with sofa, fireplace and satellite TV. There are two kitchens available. The bigger kitchen is fully equipped, including a vitro hob, dishwasher, electric oven and much more. The second kitchen is only fitted with a gas stove and offers a dining area with seats for 8 guests. A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are available. You can choose between four twin bedrooms, all with wardrobe and fan. One bedroom offers a shower bath en-suite which has access to the terrace. A second bathroom can be found on the terrace, that means it is exterior. The third bathroom is indoors and has a bathtub. A cot and a high chair can be prepared upon request.

This nice accommodation is located in the center of Can Picafort, only 200 meters from the beach and the city promenade Paseo Colom. There you'll find lots of shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The fine grained beach is not only perfect for sunbathing but also for doing water sports. Furthermore, you could explore the surroundings by bicycle. Can Picafort is just a short ride from Alcúdia and the S'Albufera Natural Park.
