Located in Calonge, Santanyí, this lovely terraced house offers a second home for 6 guests.
After a long day on the beach you may fancy a dip in the 10mx 6m chlorine pool, which is shared with the neighbors. The chlorine pool has a depth between 0.9m and 1.8m. The communal plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors.

This chic accommodation counts with a terrace on the second floor overlooking the Bay of Cala D'Or. Enjoy a convivial evening having a barbecue with friends or a romantic dinner for two.

If you like cooking, you'll find everything you may need in the kitchen, including a vitro hob. The huge sitting-dining area is just perfect to spend an afternoon with your family, maybe while watching a film on the satellite-TV. There's a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the bathroom. There's one toilet on the ground floor.

The bedrooms are on the first floor, one with double bed, another with two twin beds and a third room with a bunk bed. Both bedrooms and living area are fitted with A/C. If you come with your baby, we supply one cot and one high chair. The bathroom counts with a bathtub.

Calonge is a genuine town of Mallorca and is ideal for people seeking tranquility. A 5 minutes' drive takes you to the beach of Cala D'Or and driving a few kilometers more you reach the beach of Cala Marçal and Mondrago as well as the fishermen's villages of Portopetro, Cala Figuera and Portocolom. Both in Calonge and S'Horta you'll find a small grocery shop and restaurants. More amenities and big supermarkets can be found in Cala D'Or. If you're into golf you can practice the perfect tee-off in Vall D'Or, just a 10 minutes drive from the house.
