Welcome to this rustic romantic and cozy house, situated on the outskirts of Cas Concos. Suitable for 2 people.
It offers 2 fully equipped terraces, one on the ground floor, and on the 1st floor from where you can have a nice view of the incomparable sunsets. You can enjoy a pleasant summer evening preparing a tasty meal on the fixed barcecoe.
The house with 100m2 is distributed on one floor. With its special charm he mixes old and modern elements. It has a bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and bathroom with shower. One cot and one high chair are available on request. In the cozy living room you can find two sofas, a coffee table, a TV-Sat (only German TV channels), a wood stove and air conditioning. The independent kitchen, with gas stove, has all the necessary cooking utensils and also a wood stove. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.
Ca's Concos is located 5 km from Felanitx with all kinds of services. On Sundays there is a market, where you will find local products and crafts, fruits, vegetables, textiles, etc; and in Santanyi the market is on Saturdays. In the area you can visit the Castell de Santueri, Castell de Sant Salvador. For golf lovers, just 11 km away, there is the Golf Vall d'Or. In a few km you will also find many charming coves like Cala d'Or, Cala Mondragó, Portopetro, Cala Figuera, Cala Murada, etc.

Wir suchten ein ruhiges, sauberes und ansprechendes Feriendomizil für den Kurzurlaub und wurden absolut zufrieden gestellt.
¡¡¡ Espectacular !!!
Hemos pasado diez dias increibles. La casa es sencillamente asombrosa... desde la arquitectura hasta los muebles, pasando por un terraza y un atardecer que quita el hipo. Hay buen gusto en cada rincón y en cada uno de los detalles que forman la decoración. Un diez, sin duda. Por otro lado, el pueblo te ofrece todo lo que necesitas para abastecerte y, además, unos cuantos restaurantes geniales. Destacar el "Viena" y las hamburguesas de "la oveja negra". Como no, mencionar "la tasca" y, especialmente, la tienda que hay al lado que regenta una señora muy muy mayor y que es, simplemente, un ejemplo de como envejecer. La casa, pese a no estar a pie de playa, te ofrece algunas de las mejores de Mallorca en 20-25 minutos. Lo mejor es que cuando termina el día estás lejos del bullicio habitual de las zonas de costa. En fin, una forma diferente y relajada de disfrutar Mallorca. Gracias, Dolores, por hacerlo más fácil, por compartir tu pequeño palacio, tu buen gusto y, sobre todo, tu simpatía. ¡Nos vemos pronto! Das Haus war sehr schoen. Die mitten im Land und sehr ruhig. Wir geben 4 Sterne weil kein Internet dort war und nur spanische Fernseh programme
Clean and nicely decorated
The house is located outside of the village, in a very quiet and peaceful area. Not much around, just few houses here and there. The house is comfortable and has all basic utilities. There is plenty of outdoor space with tables, chairs, BBQ,... very pleasant to have breakfast and diner outside. It was clean and nicely decorated. Air-conditioning worked very good, but the house was very well isolated and we didn't needed it much. Car is a must. The owner was very helpful giving tips and recommending beaches and restaurants. If you are looking for a quiet place far from all the touristic stuff, this is an excellent choice.

Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, Auto ist Pflicht, die letzten 50 m ist schlechte Straße. Das Haus ist mindestens 4 Sterne wert. Es ist super eingerichtet, alles was man benötigt. In der Küche sind Gewürze, Öl, Balsamico, Tee, Kaffee, Küchenrolle, Spülmaschinentabs, Spülmittel u.a. vorhanden. Alles ist sauber, durch die Gewölbedecken ist ein tolles Raumklima gegeben, es sind Radiatoren und 2 Öfen vorhanden, man kann das Haus auch bei schlechtem Wetter nutzen. Die Möbel sind sehr gut erhalten und die Betten hatten neuwertige Matratzen. Die Außenanlage ist auch spitze, man hat immer eine Terrasse mit Sonne und eine mit Schatten. Von der unteren Terrasse kann man das Meer sehen (ca. 17 km Entfernung).

Nos gusto mucho este lugar donde pasar una semana de vacacionies en Mallorca. Situado en medio de campos, con animals cerca, y sin vecinos. Un sitio muy tranquilo pero cercano a cualquier parte de la zona sur-este de Mallorca. La propietaria fue encantadora en todo momento y nos recomendó muchos sitios donde ir para disfrutar. ESta cerca de Cas concos que es un pueblo también muy pequeño y con pocos turistas. Fuimos con una niña pequeña y está preparado con una cuna y una silla alta para ella. Lo único complicado fue encontrar la ya que no hay indicaciones por ninguna parte en el camino y además el nombre que le han puesto a esta Finca no es el real.

Das Ferienhaus ist für einen erholsamen Urlaub absolut super. Für 2 Personen bietet es viel Platz. Mit zwei Terrassen - eine davon liegt immer im Schatten - und einer Dachterrasse ist auch der schön gestaltete Außenbereich sehr groß. Eine Garage gehört ebenfalls dazu. Alles ist sauber und (Stand 2016) noch ziemlich neu. Das Haus liegt sehr abgelegen. Ungefähr 1 Km von der Hauptstraße durch Cas Concos. Mücken waren im Juli nicht anzutreffen. Das Haus ist durch die Klimaanlage auch bei großer Hitze schön kühl. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Wen die Einsamkeit nicht schreckt, ist mit diesem Haus wirklich gut bedient. Aber ohne Auto geht es nicht
