Come and enjoy your holidays in this fantastic finca with character and private pool in Sineu, the center of Mallorca. It has capacity for 4-6 guests.
Relax in the countryside and enjoy the mild, Mediterranean climate. Without a doubt, the 9 x 4.5m fresh water pool is the highlight of the garden. The water depth is 1 - 1,70m and it is kept clean with chlorine. Around, several sunbeds and an umbrella to sunbathe comfortably. There is an outdoor shower, Lawns and terraces entice children to play and tall trees provide pleasant shade even on hot summer days. The exteriors have several relaxation areas such as the stone table next to the barbecue and the dining table under the porch where you can enjoy outdoor meals. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

160m2 living space spread over one level. You enter and the bright, air - conditioned living - dining area with open kitchen will appeal to you immediately. Rest for a moment or watch on Sat TV (German channels only) before preparing the meal. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and cooking utensils. The dining table seats 6 people. There is also a laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
After eventful days you can look forward to rest in one of the 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms are furnished with 1 double bed, each have 1 wardrobe each and air conditioning. One bedroom has the bathroom with bath tub "en suite", another shower room is accessible to all guests. For the smallest guests, a cot and high chair is provided on request.

Sineu is a beautiful village in the interior of Mallorca where you enjoy Mallorcan traditions. Every Wednesday, the weekly market takes place, one of the oldest on the island, and in addition to fresh local products, you will also find clothes and souvenirs. The location of Sineu makes it the perfect starting point if you want to visit several points on the island: The northern beaches such as Can Picafort or Puerto de Alcudia; the Sierra de Tramuntana to the west; the capital, Palma de Mallorca, to the south, or the beautiful coves of Mallorca to the east.

Because of Sineu's location in the centre, you may hear some airplanes going by.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
