Welcome to this wonderful country house with great views in S'Horta. It is prepared for 12 persons.
The outdoor area counts with a 8m x 5m chlorine pool (depth 0.90m-2.05m), surrounded by 800 m2 paved area with 7 sun beds and 3 umbrellas, as well as 400 m2 green area (lawn, fruit trees and an orchard with free access). There is a recently renovated, fully furnished barbeque area, to enjoy outdoor cooking. The 25m2 front door porch is also well-furnished. On the first floor, you will enjoy the magnificent views from the terrace.

This house features three A/C units on the ground floor: one in the bedroom with two twin beds, one in the big hall and another in the hall between the bedroom with one single bed and the double bedroom. Furthermore, there is one A/C in the living room and another unit in the kitchen-dining room of the first floor.

This 240 m2 2-storey house counts with 6 bedrooms: 3 on the ground floor (2 with a double bed and 1 with two individual beds) and 3 on the first floor (1 with a double bed an an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub, 1 with a double bed and 1 with two individual beds). All bedrooms count with a wardrobe. On request, there is a baby bed and a highchair available. There are three more bathrooms (for general use): one on the fisrt floor with a bath tub and on the groundfloor one with a bath tub and one with a shower.

There are two cozy living- and dining rooms with kitchenette: one on each floor. The both count with two sofas, satellite TV, a fire place and a dining table. The kitchenettes both counts with a hob, as well as all necessary utensils to prepare a perfect meal whilst enjoying quality time with family and friends. There is an independent washing room, with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

This house, as it's surroundings, breathes peace and tranquility. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. It is located on a 6.500 m2 plot and the surroundings invite for long walks in the countryside and are ideal for cycling. The beach of Cala Sa Nau is only 3,6 km away. This authentic, unspoiled beach is a real hidden treasure. The house is situated at 0,5km from the small village of s'Horta, where you will find basic products during your stay. This village has a special athmosphere, mixing the traditional Mallorcan grace with a modern flair brought in from all over the world. Within 15 minutes by car, you can reach the white sandy beaches of the Mondragó Natural Park, or the beaches of Es Trenc or Colònia Sant Jordi, in about 20 minutes. The beautiful and well-known touristic area of Cala D'Or is 6km away. There you will find all kinds of shops and activities to make your holiday unforgettable. The house is 60 minutes away from Palma, by car, where you may enjoy cultural or touristic visits or doing some good shopping. If you enjoy playing golf, you're in the right place: Golf Vall d'Or is only 4,5 km away.
