The outdoor area counts with a 9m x 4m chlorine pool (depth 0.90m-2.05m), surrounded by 800m2 paved area with 7 sun beds and 3 umbrellas, as well as 400m2 green area (lawn, fruit trees and an orchard with free access). There is a recently renovated, fully furnished barbeque area, to enjoy outdoor cooking. The 25m2 front door porch is also well-furnished. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around

The groundlfoor of this 120m2 2-storey house will be available for your stay (the first floor will be closed). The cozy living- dining room with kitchenette counts with two sofas, satellite TV, air conditioning and a dining table for 6. The kitchenette counts with a cooking isle with a ceramic hob, from which to prepare a perfect meal whilst enjoying quality time with family and friends. It counts with all necessary utensils. There is an independent washing room, with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

There are 3 bedrooms: 2 with a double bed and 1 with two individual beds and air conditioning. They all count with a wardrobe. On request, there is a baby bed and a highchair available. There are two bathrooms for general use, both with a shower.

This house, as it's surroundings, breathes peace and tranquility. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. It is located on a 6.500m2 plot and the surroundings invite for long walks in the countryside and are ideal for cycling. The beach of Cala Sa Nau is only 3,6km away. This authentic, unspoiled beach is a real hidden treasure. The house is situated at 0,5km from the small village of s'Horta, where you will find basic products during your stay. This village has a special athmosphere, mixing the traditional Mallorcan grace with a modern flair brought in from all over the world. Within 15 minutes by car, you can reach the white sandy beaches of the Mondragó Natural Park, or the beaches of Es Trenc or Colònia Sant Jordi, in about 20 minutes. The beautiful and well-known touristic area of Cala D'Or is 6km away. There you will find all kinds of shops and activities to make your holiday unforgettable. The house is 60 minutes away from Palma, by car, where you may enjoy cultural or touristic visits or doing some good shopping. If you enjoy playing golf, you're in the right place: Golf Vall d'Or is only 4,5km away.
