In order to complete this wide and cared garden of lawn, trees and flowers you find up to 7 sun loungers and a ping-pong table. In addition, you will enjoy an impressive view to the fields of olive trees and vineyards. The terrace and porch are equipped with tables and chairs where you will enjoy the long summer evenings, specially if you feel like cooking succulent barbecued meals. The property is fenced and there are direct neighbours.

The the pool level floor becomes the best and most helpful place in the house since it features a great dining area where you can prepare a great banquet on the gas stove. A toilet is also available. Going upstairs you reach the main floor -with entrance from the street too-, with the communal rooms like the great living-dining-kitchen area equipped with a sofa and several arm chairs where you can watch the TV-Sat or a DVD film or you can listen to music with the CD player. The room has AC and a fireplace. The kitchen area is equipped with all utensils including an induction top and a great dining table. There are 4 bedrooms, all with AC and a wardrobe or walk-in closet. One of them still is on the main floor and it has two twin beds. The rest of the bedrooms are on the top floor, all with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, one with independent bath and shower and the others with with a bath each. There is another bathroom with a tub and a toilet on the ground floor. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is oil central heating in the accommodation and we can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

The peace of the surroundings and the proximity of the property to the city of Manacor, the capital of eastern Mallorca, are the perfect combination of relax and leisure. You will have the opportunity to do outdoors activities and meet many points of interest in the area like the beaches and coves. The nearest beach is Portocristo but we invite you to know many others like Cala Romántica or Cala Domingos.
