Welcome to this cozy chalet in the quiet urbanization of Cala Pi and very close to its wonderful beach. It has capacity for 6 people and a private pool.
The exteriors of the house are perfect to enjoy the good weather on the island. After spending the day in the fantastic Cala Pi, nothing better than cooling off in the fabulous chlorine pool that measures 8 x 4 meters and has a depth that ranges from 0.9 to 1.8 meters. The house is located in the center of the urbanization and has neighbours on the sides.
The beautiful house has one floor and presents a classic and cozy style. The living-dining room has satellite TV and space for 6 people. The kitchen is independent and offers a ceramic hob. Also in the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Our guests will be able to rest in 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and the other 2 with 2 single beds each. There is another bathroom with shower in the house. Lastly, a cot and a highchair are available if you are travelling with your baby.
The house is located in the heart of the small urbanization of Cala Pi where you will find a supermarket and restaurant. For more services you will have to drive to sa Ràpita or Llucmajor. But the best thing about the location is that the house is by the sea and a few minutes walk from the beautiful cove with turquoise waters and fine sand. From here begins a wonderful cliff with incredible views. You can also visit the prehistoric town of Talaiot Capocorp Vell, declared a Historic-Artistic Monument in 1931.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

8 guests reviewed this property. Sehr angenehme und ruhig gelegene Unterkunft. Man hat alles was man braucht für Wäsche (Bügeleisen, Waschmaschine..). Die Küche ist Top ! Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Zimmer haben alle einen "Ventilator" sodass es nicht unangenehm war beim schlafen. Der Pool hat eine gute größe und war auch sehr sauber. Die Gastegeber waren sehr freundlich und flexibel und sofort da wenn man etwas brauchte. Einziger makel: es ist so abgelegen, dass das einkaufen in der nähe fast nicht möglich ist. Wir haben dann immer einen grösseren Einkauf in z.B. Palma gemacht und das war dann auch ok. Alles in Allem würden wir aber aufjedenfall wiederkommen.

See more Дуже гарна віла, є все необхідне, кухня повністю обладнана. Чудовий великий басейн. Недалеко від моря, але до найближчого пляжу йти хвилин 15, пляж гарний море завжди спокійне. До Пальми на машині хвилин 25. Все сподобалось. Заселились і виселились повністю безконтактно - дуже зручно.

Everything was great, there was only one drawback - there was no air conditioning.
We were to adults, and three children (age 11, and 6x2) staying for one week in late August. The house was nice and clean at arrival. Spacious bedrooms, and a big living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we bought ice cream to put in the freezer. We also had the possibility to do laundry, which is often needed when travelling with children. It was easy to find a parking spot outside the house. It is possible to walk to the shop and the beach, takes about 15 min one way, but it was to far for the kids to walk all the way. You get bread and milk and the most basic at the local supermarket, but we did most of our grocery shopping in Llucmajor. We had a rental car, and visited a new beach almost every day only 20-40 minutes away. Palma is about 20-30 minutes away by car. Next time we`ll stay in walking distance to the beach. The temperatures were over 30 degrees celcius, and it was to hot to walk to the beach. The house didn`t have aircondition, which made it difficult to sleep at night. We had fans in every bedroom, but it didn`t help much. But the outdoor area with the swimmingpool was perfect for both kids and adult! It was also really nice that Homerti had filled our fridge with waterbottles upon arrival, and there was even a box of chocolate and a bottle of wine. We had a great stay!
