This cosy cottage with private pool in Santa Eugenia, just 20 minutes driving from Palma de Mallorca, offers a second home for 6+2 people.
Welcome to this beautiful house surrounded by trees and plants, with a fantastic 8m x 4m chlorine swimming pool and some sun loungers where you will sunbathe and relax. The porch is ideal to have a nice breakfast surrounded by nature. You can also prepare a tasty barbecue at another porch with your loved ones and have a nice time together around a big fire. There are some neighbours, but the property is all fenced.

From the porch you have access to a living room with a satellite TV, and through a lovely stone arch, you will get to the dining-room, where you can enjoy delicious meals comfortably. The independent vitro hob kitchen disposes of all the necessary amenities to prepare your favourite dishes. Obviously, there is a laundry area, with a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Two bedrooms with a double bed each, a wardrobe and a fan, invite you to rest. A bathroom with a bath complete this floor. If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a high chair and a cot under request.

On the first floor, an ample living area with open kitchen and dining table has a wooden stove, air conditioning and a well-equipped kitchen with gas hob. One twin bedroom with A/C and wardrobe as well as an independent bathroom with shower are also on the first level. As this house counts with two kitchens and two living areas, it may be perfect for friends who like staying together, but wish independency at the same time. There is a possibility for two extra persons to sleep on the sofa couch.

Set in a small urbanisation near Santa Eugenia, this house is in a quiet zone, near to all important amenities like a grocery shop, local restaurants of cafés. A 15 minutes drive takes you to Marratxí and a shopping centre with big supermarket and different shops. The nearest sand beach is called S'Arenal, a lively and sometimes a bit crowded beach in the south. If you fancy tranquillity, you may like the bays of the Tramuntana Mountains, for example Cala Banyalbufar or Sant Elm. The island's capital, Palma de Mallorca is worth visiting. This modern metropolis has an enchanting old town and is famous because of the Cathedral La Seu, the lovely Santa Catalina Quarter and the Gallery of Modern Arts called Baluard.
