Welcome to this spectacular villa with private pool and room for 4 people on the outskirts of Santa Margalida.
The exterior area of this finca is fascinating and the private pool will take your breath away with its amazing bluish tone and its crystal wall! After a Mediterranean breakfast at the porch you can enjoy a swim in the water salt pool that sizes 7 x 3 metres and with a depth ranging from 0.3 to 1.1 metres. There also are 4 sunloungers to sunbathe, a great lawn area and a second porch where you can cook delicious BBQs.

Inside, the house is even more striking. The living - dining room boasts an incomparable style and it's perfect for your banquets indoors and to watch the satellite TV. The kitchen offers a ceramic hob and all you need to cook, as well as a bar with stools. Here, you'll find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. These two rooms also feature AC. Upstairs you'll find 2 bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed and AC. A baby cot and a high chair are available. Finally, there are two bathrooms with a shower, one on each floor.

The finca is located 3.8 km from Santa Margalida, a town near the coast, with all needed services like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The nearest beach is Platja des Capellans 4.6 km away and very near Can Picafort, a quiet but also lively place, boasting also a beach and a beautiful promenade, worth a visit!
