Situated in Jornets, in the heart of the island, this precious house with private pool offers a second home for 8 guests.
The terrace is perfect for your long family dinners and after dinner conversations. A small side path leads to a spacious area with a private chlorine pool of 6m x 3m (depth from 0,4m-1,8m), a terrace with sunbeds, umbrellas, an outdoor shower, lemon trees, a porch with a barbecue area and a dining table and chairs. This house is very authentic and is situated in the quiet village of Jornets, with some neighbours on the sides.

The bright living- and dining room with kitchenette invites you for a nap, a good book or some satellite television. During autumn, you may enjoy a cup of tea in front of the fireplace. The kitchenette works with a vitro hob and counts with everything you need to prepare a perfect meal. There is a spacious, secondary dining room, for an indoor meal with friends or family. There is a washing room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

A staircase leads you to the first floor, where you will find four bedrooms; two with two single beds each and two double bedrooms, all with fans and wardrobes. Furthermore, a cot and a high chair can be supplied for our youngest guests. One twin bedroom come with a private shower bathroom. Apart of this en-suite bath, there is a bathroom with shower and bidet on the first floor and another shower bath on the ground floor.

As this lovely cottage is situated in the centre of Mallorca, it's up to you where to go first. The tiny village of Jornets, inhabited by only 25 neighbours, is a quiet spot and only a few kilometres from the city Inca, where you will find all important amenities. Inca is famous for its cellers, authentic restaurants serving tasty and home-made food. On Thursday takes place the market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables, clothes and knick-knacks. The beautiful Serra de Tramuntana is quite close, full of trails and cycling routes through the mountains. Especially during spring, after rainfalls, we recommend you to visit the subterranean springs Ses Fonts Ufanes.

The wonderful north coast has lots of fine grained sand beaches like Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Son Serra de Marina and Puerto de Alcúdia. While Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcúdia are lively beaches, Son Serra de Marina and Playa de Muro are characterized by tranquillity. Majorca's south, in particular S'Arenal, is ideal if you want to go for dancing or having some drinks or for cultural visits in Palma de Mallorca. On the golf course of Puntiro you can practise the perfect tee-off.
