Welcome to this charming villa that lies romantic in the middle of the beautiful Majorcan countryside. It is just perfect for 10 guests.
This is a cosy one-storey house which has 260 m2 and 5 bedrooms. It is ideal for families or little groups of friends. There are three rooms with a double bed and 2 rooms with two single beds. There are 4 bathrooms with shower (one en suite).

You note the welcoming atmosphere in every room. Sit down and relax in the sofa of the living room where you can read a good book, listening to music or watch satellite TV (English channels). The dining area has a big rustic table, so you can enjoy meals with your family and friends. The kitchen has everything you might need during your holiday: toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine, gas stove and oven, cutlery, kettle, squeezer, fridge and a lot more. You will as well find washing machine, irons and ironing board. There is uncovered space in the plot to park up to 5 cars. The villa has solar energy.

The exteriors are beautiful: step outside on the spacious terrace and have a barbecue, swim in the pool or just relax on the natural garden. The terrace with a size of 280 m2 is furnished with a wooden table, seats for up to 10 persons and a chill out area. The environment invites you to bask in the sun on one of the 10 sun loungers. The private chlorine pool has a size of 3 meters x 10 meters. There is a neighbour but the properties are separate by a wall. Pets up to 8 kg are welcome.

The area of Santa Margalida is located in the centre of the island, what means that is quite easy to get to most of the places in a reasonable time. The area is mainly rural and mostly only locals live there, so that you will be able to discover the real Mallorca. Even though you will everything you need in the village; supermarket, pharmacy, bank, sports area, many in bars and some restaurants as well. Manacor, which is the hometown of Rafa Nadal is quite close, it is a small city with lots of shops and well known for the pearl factories you can find there.

In only 15 minutes driving by car you will reach the beach of Capellans / Can Picafort. Pass a pleasant day on the fine grained sand beach or enjoy a cocktail while watching the sun goes down. You will find a good Paella restaurant there, a typical Spanish rice dish with meat, vegetables and seafood. Very tasty and spectacular views included! Apart of this beach area discover the main beach of Can Picafort with its animated sea promenade, the quiet zone of Playa de Muro and the crystal clear waters of the beaches of the municipalities of Alcúdia or Pollença.


NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
