This amazing villa is located in Portocristo, not far away from the sea. It can comfortably accommodate 8 - 9 people.
This property features a 7 x 4 m, chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.3 m to 2 m, a small artificial lawn area, a furnished porch and a BBQ to enjoy cooking outside.

This 433 m2, two-storey house has four bedrooms; one on the ground floor with double bed and three situated on the first floor; one with double bed and two with two single beds each. One of the bedrooms offers A/C and two of them come with a bathroom en-suite with bath tub. Both bathrooms en-suite are accessible from the hallway as well as from the bedroom. We can supply an extra bed in case you need one. If you travel with a baby, we will prepare a cot and a high chair.

Enjoy long table-talks in the modern sitting-dining area with A/C or cook up a feast in the fully-equipped kitchen with vitro hob. Additionally, there is a laundry room with washer, iron and ironing board. This property is also suitable for your winter retreat as it has central heating.

Portocristo is surrounded by many lovely beaches and in the town centre you will find shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafés. In Son Servera and Capdepera you can soak up the medieval atmosphere, having dinner in one of the good restaurants or making a stroll through the cobbled streets.

Your kids will love the safari-zoo in Cala Millor and the playgrounds, scattered along the village. In Cala Ratjada it's possible to turn the day into night and go out in the discotheques. If playing golf is what you are searching for, you will find five golf courses within a radius of 20 km; Son Servera, Pula, Canyamel, Capdepera and Rotana. Furthermore, you can enjoy nature by hiking to the chapel of Artà or the lighthouse of Cala Ratjada. During spring, this area is also nice for cycling. The Drach caves are famous for its subterranean lake, which you can explore by boat.

Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
