This wonderful country house with private pool welcomes 6 guests. It boasts spectacular views to the mountains ans is located in Manacor.
Enjoy the peace that emanates from the countryside and the mountain landscape in the beautiful garden of this villa. Imagine having breakfast in midst of the mountains and next to the pool or maybe basking in the sun on the 4 sun loungers or on the Bali bed before taking a nice dip into the pool. This is a chlorine pool and sizes 10 x 5 metres while the depth goes from 0.9 to 2 metres. Then, after a long day swimming and taking long walks through the finca, the porch awaits with a large table with benches and a chill-out area to enjoy a delicious barbecue. The property is fenced and there are neighbours in the area.

The house comprises 2 floors. When you enter you find a spacious living room with several sofas and chairs where you can comfortably sit with your family and watch the satellite TV. Next you find the spacious dining room with two tables and benches where you can enjoy a succulent banquet. This leads to the kitchen which is equipped with a ceramic top and all you may need to cook as if you were at home. This floor offers two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a tub. Upstairs you find the 3rd bathroom -with a tub- and the bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed and the other twin beds placed together. In addition, two of them have a closet and the other has a walk-in closet and direct exit to the terrace. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are in a bathroom. Finally, the house features oil central heating for the winter season and up to 8 fans for the summer.

The property is located at the foot of a secondary road regularly travelled but its great advantage is that it provides an easy access to the town of Manacor, with lots of services, shops, restaurants and more. Also to other coastal villages of the area with dream-like beaches and coves like Portocristo, s'Illot, Cala Magrana, Cala Mendia or Son Serra de Marina among many others. We also recommend a boat trip or playing golf, being the one of Rotana the nearest course only 1.5 km away.
