Coquettish and quiet cottage near Costitx, in the centre of Mallorca and with capacity for 2 people.
Built in 1950, this beautiful villa has been totally reformed in 2014, surprising with a nice mix of cottage and modern style. Located in a green meadow and surrounded by a forest, this villa features a private, 4m x 2.6m chlorine pool, with a depth of 1.6m and accessible by stairs. Spend a lazy afternoon basking in the sun on one of the four loungers, relax on the reed-covered terrace or have a barbecue on the shady porch. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbours, offering privacy and individuality.

A colourful living area with open kitchen provides A/C, satellite-TV, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with vitro hob. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board on the porch.

The bedroom with a double bed is nicely furnished and have a wardrobe and one electric radiator for the colder months. The modern bathroom is fitted with a shower. One cot and one high chair can be provided upon request.

The small and authentic village of Costitx can be explored by a nice walk through the alleys. In the centre there is a grocery shop, a bar and several restaurants serving local food. Some nice and interesting spots in the surroundings are the Wednesday Market in Sineu, the mini-town of Pina or, if you like sports, horse riding in Randa. If the beach is what you are searching for, you could visit the north coast and Can Picafort as well as Puerto de Alcúdia or the south coast and beaches like Playa de Palma or Cala Blava. Big supermarkets, more shops and services can be found in the city of Inca or Palma de Mallorca.

Because of Costitx' location in the centre, you may hear some airplanes going by.
