The quietness of the countryside extraordinarily fits the wonderful chlorine pool. It sizes 6x4 metres and it has a 1.78 metres depth. After the refreshing bath, you can relax sunbathing on one of the sunbeds and enjoying the country air the surrounding greenery. You can also lie down and read a book under the arbour shadow. Then you will find the great porch where you all can have lunch or dinner together and enjoy the good company. The exterior dining table is located by the barbecue area where you can prepare delicious grilled meats and vegetables. The house is surrounded by beautiful green areas which will make you revel in the Majorcan countryside. The property is fenced and there are no neighbours around, so privacy is total.

This house offers 180 m2 in two floors. When you get in you will find a beautiful living-dining room that combines rustic details like the stoned wall and the wooden beams, with modern comforts. You can rest on the comfortable sofa while watching the satellite television, and warming up by the wood stove on the coldest days or refreshing with the air conditioning in the summer. The dining room has capacity for 6 people. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped. It offers an induction cooker, oven, microwave and dishwasher among others. There is also a table with 4 chairs for breakfast or to cook in good company. The kitchen has also access to the porch. A washing machine, an ron and an ironing board are also available in this accommodation.

The house features 3 bedrooms in order to rest. The first one is on the ground floor and it has a double bed. The other two are located upstairs. One has a double bed and the other has two single beds. Al, of them ha a closet and are air-conditioned. A cot and a high chair are also available if you are travelling with a baby. The house has two shower bathrooms, one on each floor.

This house is placed in the middle of the countryside but at the same time very near Manacor, only 4.6 km away. This is a rural area with agricultural activity but with easy access to the village and the beaches of Llevant. You will find all services for an independent stay in Manacor, including supermarkets, shops, restaurants,... The nearest beach is Porto Cristo, a sea entrance which embraces a great cove, a fishing port and a Marina, as well as a beach. The beach is characterised by its fine and golden sand, its beauty and it promenade.
