Welcome to this rustic villa with private pool located in Santa Margalida, where 6 guests will find their second home surrounded by nature and calm. The use of solar panels makes it a very special property.
If you are looking for some place to fully chill out, this is the one. The stoned exteriors, its vast green fields around and its farm animals will make that spending your vacation in this house becomes and enriching experience.

The pool area is ideal for many activities like taking a dip in total privacy, sunbathe on one of the 6 sunbeds or even taste some fruits collected right from the tree. The chlorine pool sizes 10x5 metres and it has a depth that goes from 1.10 to 2.20 metres. At night, you can prepare a delicious dinner at the built-in barbecue and open a bottle of wine while having dinner at the terrace, under the wonderful clear starry sky that characterises the island. The house features three terraces. The second, at the back of the house, still preserves its stoned furniture. The third terrace is located on the first floor and it is accessed from the main bedroom and it is the best place to read an interesting book while listening to the birds sing, the horses, the sheep and goats.

Inside, the decoration and environment make every space cosy and homely. The luminous living room, thank to its great windows and french doors, counts with two sofas to watch your favourite films in the satellite TV. The dining area, between the kitchen and the living room. has a spacious table for 6 people. The kitchen features all cutlery and appliances to comfortably cook: fas hob, oven, coffee machine and toaster, dishwasher, among others. There are two fans available, and an independence space for the washing machine, the iron an the ironing board.

In the same ground floor there is a shower bathroom, a twin bed bedroom with an en-suite toilet, and a open space with two single beds, just by the stairs that lead to the first floor where you will find another bedroom with A/C, a double bed, a bathtub es-suite bathroom and exit to the terrace which boasts amazing views. Here we can prepare a baby cot and a high chair is also available, on request. All bedrooms present mountain or garden views from the windows.

Santa Margalida is a village located in the centre of the island, so you will easily reach any point of the island in a reasonable amount of time. This area is basically rural and mainly inhabited by locals, something that will help you to learn about the real and authentic Mallorca. You will find all you need regarding bars, supermarkets and other services.

Apart from wander through the little villages, you can also spend a great beach day on fine sand and, maybe, with a refreshing cocktail at sunset, Can Picafort and Ses Casetes dels Capellans are only 15 minutes driving from the property,. This area is quite quiet although it acquires a great environment when all want to taste a delicious paella in some of its restaurants. In fact, you can leave without giving it a try!

There is exterior parking for 4 cars and covered parking for 2 cars.
