Precious villa for 10 guests with private pool set in the quiet urbanization of Bellavista, in the south of the island.

The spacious chalet is just perfect for families or friends seeking quiet holidays near the capital Palma de Mallorca and the beach. The private chlorine pool is the favorite place of our guests. It measures 10m x 5m and its depth is ranging from 1.4m to 2.5m. After swimming, lay down on one of the ten loungers and get a soft tan. Additionally, there’s an exterior shower. The front terrace is a nice spot for barbecues and summer dinners around the big table. There’s a porch with pool views where you can share a bottle of wine with friends. The plot is fenced and as the house is in an urbanization, there are direct neighbors.

The interiors are spacious and feature modern equipment like Wifi and a TV with satellite channels. The porch gives access to the living room where to spend a lazy afternoon watching a film or reading a book by the fireplace. The kitchen with dining table is well equipped, featuring a vitro hob, utensils and a dishwasher. There’s a laundry with washer, iron and ironing board.

You can choose between five cozy bedrooms; one situated on the ground floor with double bed and bath en-suite with bathtub. Both bedrooms on the first storey are air conditioned; one is fitted with a double bed and the second comes with two twin beds. On the same floor there’s another, independent shower bath. The upper floor consists of two double bedrooms. Only one comes with A/C, access to a terrace and shower bath en-suite. The fourth bathroom with shower is an exterior bath.

There’s air conditioning in the living area and in three bedrooms. Additionally, there are two fans. The house counts with central heating for the colder months.

The Bellavista urbanization is situated in the south of Mallorca, only a few kilometers from Palma de Mallorca and the beach. The small cove Cala Blava is 450 meters away and surprises with amazing views over Palmas Bay. The lively sand beaches S’Arenal and Can Pastilla include a wide range of leisure, bars, nightlife, restaurants and shops. Palma de Mallorca is famous for the La Seu Cathedral, the picturesque old town and the Bellver Castle.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
