Welcome to this lovely townhouse in Santa Margalida with AC, terrace and private pool. This 3-storey house has 250 m2 and capacity for 10 people. The nearest beach is just 8 km.
This modern house has 5 well decorated bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, so it is ideal for big families and groups of Friends. Three of the rooms have double bed and en suite bathroom, while the other two have twin beds and share a bathroom. There is also a toilet.

In the bright living room there are two comfy sofas and two armchairs, where you will be able to relax or even have a little ‘siesta’. The dining area has a big table so you can eat all together. The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday: blender, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, juice maker, oven, dishwasher, fridge and a lot more. There are also washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The outdoors are great! Go out to the terrace, sunbathe, have a BBQ with your friends, swim in the pool. There are two terraces: one upstairs with the pool and sunbeds; and one downstairs with a BBQ, table and chairs.

The area of Santa Margalida is located in the centre of the island, what means that is quite easy to get to most of the places in a reasonable time. The area is mainly rural and mostly only locals live there, so that you will be able to discover the real Mallorca. Even though you will find everything you need in the village: supermarket, pharmacy, bank, sports area, many in bars and some restaurants as well.

In only 15 minutes’ drive you will reach the beach of Capellans / Can Picafort. Pass a pleasant day on the fine grained sand beach or enjoy a cocktail while watching the sun goes down. You will find a good Paella restaurant there, a typical Spanish rice dish with meat, vegetables and seafood. Very tasty and spectacular views included! Apart of this beach area discover the main beach of Can Picafort with its animated sea promenade, the quiet zone of Playa de Muro and the crystal clear waters of the beaches of the municipalities of Alcúdia or Pollença.
