Villa Martinenca

This precious house is located in the urbanisation of Sa Torre, a few kilometres away from Cala Blava and Palma de Mallorca. It can comfortably accommodate 10 to 11 people.
There's an exterior shower and a private, 9m x 4.5m chlorine pool with a depth between 1.1m and 1.8m where you can refresh yourself during hot summer days. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful terrace with eight sun loungers, two sun umbrellas and garden furniture. A spacious porch with pool views is great for al-fresco dining and thanks to the exterior kitchen you will be able to prepare a delicious BBQ and snacks outside. By the pool there's a chill-out zone where to have a drink in the evening. This lovely house is located in a urbanisation and there are neighbours next-door.

When entering the property, you'll be on the ground floor which comprises a fully-fitted kitchen with vitro hob, a modern sitting-dining room with A/C and satellite-TV, two terraces (one furnished and one non-furnished), a bedroom with double bed, A/C and bath en-suite with bath tub, a twin bedroom with A/C and an independent bathroom equipped with bath tub.

A staircase leads you to the -1 floor, where you'll find the pool, a basically equipped kitchen with A/C, a small gym, a living room with TV and A/C, a bedroom with double bed and shower bath en-suite, a twin bedroom with fan, an independent shower bathroom and a laundry with washer, iron and ironing board.

On the first floor, there are one bedroom with double bed, A/C, big dressing room and access to a non-furnished terrace overlooking the urbanisation and the sea and bath en-suite with shower and bath tub. One extra bed, a cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. Five electric radiators and central heating complete the equipment.

The urbanization of Sa Torre is located in the municipality of Llucmajor. In the neighbourhood there are many wonderful beaches, like Cala Blava, Cala Pi and Arenal. Cala Pi and Cala Blava are quiet beaches more dedicated for families. El Arenal is a lively beach to party and have a drink at night. In Sa Torre you will find a supermarket, cafes and some good restaurants.

The island's capital, Palma de Mallorca, is about twenty minutes drive. The Pearl of the Mediterranean is famous for its cathedral next to the sea, as well for Castle of Bellver with his panoramic views over the city, the harbour and the beautiful old town, where you can see the ornate courtyards. Many shops of all kind make the city a metropolis for shopping and the excellent restaurants offer delights for every taste.
