The exteriors of the house are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate and the tranquillity of the countryside. There, you will be able to cool off in the 7x5m chlorine pool, which has a depth of between 1.10 and 2.10m. Next to the pool you will find 4 comfortable sun loungers where you can relax in the sun and a table where you can have a drink. The porch is perfect to enjoy a barbecue day.The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby.

The single storey house is decorated in a rustic, cosy style. The beautiful dining room has AC, satellite TV, fireplace and a spacious table. The kitchen is separate. In the corridor you will find an AC to acclimatise the bedrooms. On the same floor you will also find 2 bathrooms with shower. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

The house is located on the outskirts of Ariany where you can enjoy the unobstructed views of the fields and the tranquillity of the surroundings. Its central location on the island will allow you to visit any point quickly. There are some supermarkets and restaurants in Ariany but you will find more services in the nearby villages of Petra and Sineu, where a splendid market is held on Wednesdays every week. The nearest beach is Can Picafort, although there are also close by beaches in the east such as Porto Cristo or Cala Mendia.
