Around the pool there are six deck-chairs where you can relax while sunbathing. The privacy of this property is partial. There is parking space for up to three vehicles and solar wafers on the roof.

In the living-dining room you can watch satellite TV, read or share endless table-talks with family and friends. The separate kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including a gas cooker. The utility room has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Being part of the town of Santa Margalida, the touristic area of Can Picafort offers all kinds of leisure activities both during the day and the night, such as a variety of water sports like windsurfing, paddle-surfing or jet-skiing.
