The exteriors of this property are prepared to offer you the rest you deserve. There you will find a 4,2x2,4m chlorine swimming pool with a depth of 1,5m and sun loungers where you can relax while enjoying the warm Mediterranean climate. On the terrace you can prepare delicious meals on the barbecue, or play table tennis with your companions. A large outdoor dining area will be perfect for entertaining. The villa has neighbours nearby, so privacy is partial.

Inside the two-storey house, you will find a spacious living-dining room equipped with Smart TV. The kitchen is independent and has a ceramic hob, as well as all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. When it's time to sleep, on the ground floor you will find two cosy bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other with a single bed, both equipped with fans and radiators. A bathroom with shower is available on this floor. The stairs lead to the third bedroom, which has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

Manacor is the second most important city of Mallorca and is full of culture and charm. You cannot miss a visit to the Hams Caves, which are undoubtedly a work of art of nature, or to its many unspoilt coves of great natural beauty. For the more sporty, Manacor is the birthplace of tennis player Rafa Nadal and as proof of this, the Nadal Museum Experience will offer you a unique experience where you will enjoy an exclusive exhibition of his best trophies and equipment as well as amazing light and sound shows.
