The exteriors of this country house are designed for you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate with total privacy. On the main terrace, surrounded by a well-kept garden and with privileged views of the countryside and fruit trees, you will find a large chlorine swimming pool with jacuzzi, 12x7m and a depth of between 1m and 2.1m, perfect for relaxing on the hottest days. There is also a children's pool of 6x4m with a depth of between 0.6m and 1m. Next to it, you will find a sun lounger area and a Balinese bed where you can relax while sunbathing. This terrace is completed with a porch equipped with a table and a barbecue where you can enjoy unforgettable meals with your companions. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The interior of the two-storey house, recently renovated, has spacious and bright rooms, decorated in a sober and elegant style. On the main floor you will find a large living-dining room with direct access to the swimming pool, AC and Tv-sat, ideal to spend great evenings. The kitchen, open to the living-dining room, is equipped with everything you need to prepare great meals. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On this floor you will also find a beautiful bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as a separate toilet. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find a spacious living room with desk and balcony and the second bedroom, equipped with a double bed, AC, dressing room and access to a large terrace with sea views. It also has an en suite bathroom with hydro-massage shower and bathtub. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.

The property is located close to Can Picafort, a seaside village where you will find all kinds of services and entertainments such as clothes shops, grocery shops, and countless bars and restaurants by the shore. Its promenade is perfect for long strolls while having an ice cream or an excursion to Son Real or even to Son Serra de Marina, with one of the quietest beaches in the area. Other nearby beaches are Colonia de Sant Pere, Playas de Muro or Puerto de Alcúdia, where you can practice a wide variety of water sports such as windsurfing and diving or rent a kayak and ride the waves. If you fancy a more cultural and gastronomic visit, Tuesdays and Sundays are market days in Alcúdia, perfect for purchasing artisan products.
