Villa Santa margalida

Welcome to this atonishing villa on the outskirts of Santa Margalida, with private pool and space for 8 people.
This country house is simply extraordinary because of its stunning outdoors. A majestic construction is surrounded by a beautiful garden full of grass and trees and various corners where guests can enjoy of having incredible evenings and banquets. After delighting with wonderful breakfasts under the furnished pergola or tasty barbecues under the porch or in the outdoor kitchen -equipped with gas stove-, the best of all will be to relax in the jacuzzi, sauna or taking a refreshing bath in the chlorine private pool. It sizes 14 x 6 m, has a depth of 0.6 to 2.2 m and there are 10 sun beds as well as an outdoor shower in its surrounding area. And, for enjoyment, you can play voleyball or even work out at the gym! The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbours.

It is a two-storey house. On the main floor, there is a wide living-dining and kitchen room, just ideal to not waste a single second of your time with family or friends. Thus, you can rest, watch the TV-SAT or a DVD film, chat, eat all together and cook in the ceramic stove meanwhile you contemplate the pool views. This floor is completed with a bathroom with bathtub and a dormitory with a double bed. Going upstairs, you gain access to the other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with two individual beds, both of them with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. These three dormitories have an exit to the terrace. Then, there is a beautiful extension, that appears to be a small tower, where you can find the fourth dormitory, - with a cozy living-dining space-, equipped with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. All the bedrooms have a wardrobe as well as air-conditioner. A cot and a high chair can be also provided. There is a fifth bathroom with shower, which includes the gym and the sauna. All the property is acclimated with oil central heating. Ultimately, the laundry room that has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board is set in the outdoor kitchen.

The country house is located at hardly 4 km from Santa Margalida, an interior village with authentic customs where you will find all the necessary facilities such as bars, restaurants, a supermarket, etc. The beach is also really close as only 4 km away there is the marvellous beach of Ca'n Picafort, ideal for swimming and walking along the seashore or the promenade having an ice-cream. Along the coast, there are plenty of different beaches and awesome bays as, for instance, Puerto de Alcúdia, La Victòria or Cala Sant Vicenç bays, among many others.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
