This 2-storey house has 3 bedrooms: one has a double bed and en suite bathroom and the other two have twin beds. There is an extra bed available that you can put anywhere in the house. All rooms have space to put a cot in the case you come with a baby. There is another bathroom for the rest of the house. There are fans available for the rooms.

The spacious living-dining room is the perfect space to organize a meal with your family or have a rest after lunch watching TV. The fire place will create a warm atmosphere in winter. The kitchen is equipped with: coffee machine, toaster, juice maker, kettle, gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and a lot more. There are also washing machine, iron and ironing board in the laundry room.

The exteriors are fantastic: have breakfast under the furnished porch, swim in the 10 x 5 meters pool, sunbathe, play pool or have a BBQ!

The house is located 1.5 km from Portocolom, a nice seaside town with a traditional fishermen atmosphere. Nearby there are many coves that you can discover! In this area you can also practice golf, cycling or rent a canoe. In the centre of town you will find many services and variety of restaurants and bars. If you look for more leisure offer, you could get to Cala Millor (15 km), where there are safaris for the kids. The Golf course Vall d’Or is 3.3 km from the house.

Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
