Beautiful villa with private pool and garden, located in Petra, in the center of Mallorca and with space for 4 people.
The chlorine 7m x 3.5m pool, with a deph ranging going from 0.20m to 1.70m is surrounded by a terrace with four loungers and an outdoor shower and it is a perfect place for sunbathing. The porch with white curtains and bed nets overlooks the pool. You can prepare a barbecue with friends and enjoy the good weather. The water well in front of the pool carries drinking water, but the second well on the porch is closed and has no water. This charming property is fenced and there are neighbors around the area.

The comfortable living room has satellite television and the ceiling fans keep the room cool. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils to prepare any dish, including a gas cooker. Washing machine, iron and ironing board are available in the laundry on the terrace.

Ideal for four guests, there is a room with double bed and one with twin beds, both with fan and access to a terrace with beautiful countryside and pool views. A bathroom with shower completes the equipment. The owners care about the environment and therefore they have installed solar panels.

The house is located a few kilometers from Petra, in the heart of Mallorca, a quiet area surrounded by olive trees. In the village you can find a grocery store, a pharmacy, a bank, cafes and good restaurants is located. If you enjoy authentic cuisine, you have to try a "celler", Mallorcan restaurants serving homemade food. The local village Sineu is famous for its market on Wednesday, the most traditional of the island.

A car is necessary, especially to reach the beautiful beaches of Mallorca. In about half an hour driving you will reach the Bay of Alcudia and Port of Alcudia, Can Picafort and Playa de Muro, with wonderful beaches, all ideal for families with children. In addition, there are water sports like paddle surfing or windsurfing. From the port of Alcudia you can make a boat trip to Cap Formentor, the northernmost point of the island.
