Set in Petra, in the heart of Mallorca, this charming cottage with private pool and garden can comfortably accommodate 5 guests.
Spend a Majorcan summer in this beautiful cottage, swimming in the pool, enjoying great al fresco dinners on the terrace or have picnics in the garden. The fenced, 7.5m x 5.5m chlorine pool is accessible by a staircase and its depth is ranging between 1.6m and 1.8m. Enjoy swimming with amazing views to the mountains and the village of Petra! Lay down on four loungers and bask in the sun, refresh at the exterior shower or have a tasty barbecue on the furnished porch. The plot is fenced and there are no next door neighbours.
The interiors are a mix between modern and cottage style with bright and cozy rooms. The sitting-dining area invites you to have lunch together, watch a film (TV with satellite channels) or a DVD. The kitchen counts with everything you may need for your stay, including a gas stove. A washing machine, iron and ironing board can be found in the bathroom with bathtub. Choose between three comfortable bedrooms: one twin and two double rooms. Two come with a closet and all three count with a fan for the summer. If you come with your baby, we prepare a cot and a high chair.
The house is in a quiet, large plot with lemon and orange trees, 3 km from the village of Petra with small grocery shops, bars and cellers (typical Majorcan restaurants serving delicious home made food). On Wednesday you could go to Sineu and visit the local market where fresh fruits, vegetables, cheese and sausages are offered. The next sand beach is 20 km away in Can Picafort.
