Welcome to this beautiful rural finca located on the outskirts of Muro and with a private natural pool. It has capacity for 7 guests.
The exterior area of this villa is very beautiful. It emanates a singular beauty thanks to the fields around and their particular charm. There is a great natural pool of 33 x 33 metres and 2.2 metres water depth, without chemicals. The constant movement of the water and the fishes keep the water clean. Right over the pool you will find the cosy little terrace that invites to enjoy a delicious breakfast or a while in the sun, admiring the views of nature. In addition, there is another terrace with a fountain, a table with chairs, several sun loungers and a great barbecue. There is an exterior bathroom shower for your convenience. The property is fenced and privacy is total.
Inside the open concept room -with the living room, the dining room and the kitchen- is equipped with two sofas, a coffee table, satellite TV and a beautiful table with chairs to enjoy your meals. The kitchen, with a gas stove, features all you need to cook your best dishes. A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board also are available. On the main floor there also is a bedroom with a double bed, AC, a walk-in closet and an en-suite shower bathroom. Upstairs, the biggest bedroom is equipped with a double bed, air conditioning, space for a baby cot and a high chair and an en-suite shower bathroom. Then, there are 2 more bedrooms, one with a double bed and a closet and the last one with a single bed and no wardrobe. There is a toilet for this floor too.
This property is located in the municipality of Muro, but only 8 km away from the tourist area of Can Picafort where you will find a wonderful beach of crystalline water or the street market on Friday morning where you can buy local products. We also recommend you visit the public property of Son Real which is known thanks to the dunes, streams, Mediterranean wild life and ancient remains. This area of Mallorca features all services and entertainment, not only during the day but also at night. Apart from can Picafort, there other wonderful beaches around like the rocky beach of La Victoria

See more Das Anwesen ist sehr imposant. An einer sehr ruhigen Lage, inmitten der Natur. Das Haus hat zwei Stockwerke mit vielen Zimmern und Duschen. Vor dem Eingang hat es einen grossen Vorplatz. Auch der Parkplatz ist grosszügig angelegt. Hat Platz für ca. 4 Autos. Der Teich vor dem Haus ist gross und beinhaltet ca. 4 Stk. Karpfen. Die sind wichtig zur Reinigung des Teiches und sie sind ein schöner Anblick. Vorsicht! Die Treppen und der Gehweg im Teich sind sehr rutschig. Eine sehr empfehlungswertes Haus, speziell wenn man Ruhe haben will.

Un lugar sorprendente de la Mallorca más genuinamente rural. Silencio, tranquilidad y aunque en verano en Muro hace mucho calor al mediodía, la presencia del aire acondicionado, de la gran balsa de riego y la proximidad a playas vírgenes a diez minutos en coche, hacen del lugar un retiro muy especial para quienes buscan un lugar para desconectar. Muy bien dotada de servicios y elementos para hacer cómoda la estancia.

Po przyjeździe i na koniec dostaliśmy stan licznika spisany na kartce. Za 10 dni 100€. Troche duzo bo mało używaliśmy klimatyzacji. Trzeba było uwierzyć na słowo ze jest prawidłowo spisany. Wlaścicielka bardzo pomocna i wzbudziła w nas zaufanie.. Cudowne miejsce do odpoczynku! Środek wioski a 10 min autem od hucznego miasta.. wynajęcie auta jest konieczne. Bardzo czysto, w kuchni kazdy sprzęt jaki jest potrzebny.. Basen naturalny bez chloru. Troche małych rybek pływało. 4 łazienki do dyspozycji pełen luksus. Dom o powietrzni użytkowej ma max. 200m. Na zdjęciach wydaje sie o wiele większy. Wi-Fi działało znakomicie. Do najbliższego sklepu ok 10 km. Właściciele bardzo mili i uczynni. Mieszkają 100 m od willi. Nie przychodzą, nie przeszkadzają, nie kontrolują. Mielismy lot o 20.00 a o 10 było wymeldowanie. Nie było problemu zeby zostać dluzej. Właścicielka sama to zaproponowała. Bardzo miło bedziemy wspominać ten czas i pierwszy raz mamy ochotę wrocic w to samo miejsce!! Dziękujemy właścicielom i Booking.com za szybką pomoc przy każdym problemie. Polecam!!

Villa Esclafit is nicely secluded and well equipped for a self catering holiday. The location is good for nearby beaches and not too far from supermarkets (a car is a must). The huge pool with the fish is novel and makes for a nice relaxing stay and good morning swim. The downfall of the villa, was however the lack of attention to detail especially given the price we paid for the week. There was no information in the villa relating to local amenities. Yes, there is the internet, but some firsthand information on beaches, restaurants and things to do would have been a nice touch. On arrival, there were only 2 deck chairs and a lounger readily available (there were 4 adults), we had to resurrect 2 sun loungers from the garage which were in various states of disrepair. The outside lights were not working which meant we were not able to stay outside much past dark if we wanted to play card games or just not fall in the pool. The coffee machine while functional needed careful operation as the hinge for the filter housing was broken. The cooker hood, both lights and extractor were also non functional. Also worth noting the second shower room is downstairs and accessible only from outside. At the end of our stay, having to pay for the electricity was an added bonus. Yes, this was stated on the villa information so not unexpected, however given the €1100+ we had paid for the week, felt this was a bit unnecessary. How this was relayed to us was probably the biggest annoyance. The owner left this information on one of the tables inside while we were out, not informing us beforehand they were going to enter the house to do this. Given that there was no safe in the villa to store passports, money or any valuables, this could have posed a security risk, for which we would have little or no recompense from our insurers had anything gone missing. I’m not saying it did, but there is an implied mutual trust between the owner and renter, which we felt was somewhat nullified. The owner also decided while there to wind up a table clock in the villa (in the living area outside the bedrooms), but not with the correct time. This resulted in the clock chiming every 15 minutes, from 4.30am on the day we were due to leave. This did not make for a very restful final day of our holiday, not to mention entering the villa unannounced. If the above point were addressed, I would have no reservation in recommending the villa.
