Villa Son puret

This gorgeous villa is located really close from the sea, more precisely in the estate of Bellavista in Llucmajor and hosts upt to 8 guests.
Son Puret has an amazing salt private pool that’s 10x5 meters long and a max of 2 meters depth.

To sunbathe for a while, you can enjoy in one of its comfortable lounges orr seek for refugee in the living room table, under the straw roof.

For the kids in the house there’s also a playground and for the older ones a zone to challenge yourself having fun.
In this villa there are 631m2 and two floors. From the terrace we can see the living room where we’ll be able to protect ourselves from the outside heat or enjoy the chimney during the winter season.

The dining room, totally independent, has place for up to 10 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and it’s also totally independent. It has laundry room and an exit to the terrace.



Besides, on the ground floor there’s the first bedroom with a closet, exit to the garden, air conditioning and a double bedroom. Finally, in such floor, there’s a cure bathroom with bath and shower.


In the first floor there’s another living room and the other three bedrooms left. In the first one there’s a double bed, closet, exit to the terrace, air conditioning, bathroom en-suite with bathtub and shower.

The second room has a two-storey bed, closet, air conditioning and exit to the terrace. In the last place there’s a bed for two people, closet, exit to the terrace and conditionate air.

In the end of the first floor there’s a bathroom with bathtub and shower. Besides, if you come with babies you’ll also have a nest and a baby chair.


This villa is located in Llucmajor, in Bellavista estate. The closest beach is El Caló Fort, only 5 minutes walking away from the villa. This cute stones cove offers the best views of Palma Bay.


Note: we need the ID of every person that stays in this property to accept the reservation. Clients under 30 years old won’t be accepted unless they’re traveling with their parents.
