Stunning chalet with private pool and capacity for 8 people located in the quiet and coastal residential area of Badia Blava, in the municipality of Llucmajor.
The beauty of this property is indisputable. Its structure lined with unique Majorcan stone and white marés, its chlorine pool all surrounded by wooden sheets, they all make a wonderful setting. The pool invites you to relax on any of the four sunbeds after a refreshing swim. The pool has a dimensions of 6 m x 3 m and a depth that goes from 0.80 to 2 metres. There is an outdoor shower useful for getting off sand and salt from the beach, which by the way, its located only 1 km away. So you can enjoy a wonderful breakfast in the terrace before heading to the beach. There is a second terrace equipped with a mobile barbecue, ready for great outdoor meals.

The indoors of the property, cared to detail by our guests, are distributed in two floors. On the main one you will find an air-conditioned dining / living room with a big sofa and a TV set. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, modern home appliances and spacious countertops. There is a laundry room equipped with a dryer, wash machine, iron and ironing board. A first room located on this floor, has two single beds placed together,and also a bathroom with a shower. Going up the stairs to the second floor you will find a second bathroom with shower and three other bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a bath, a second room with two single beds and a third bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed. All three bedrooms provide air-conditioning, wardrobes and space for a cot and a high chair.

Badia Blava is a residential area located by the sea. Its coast is mainly rock although there are some sandy beaches like the pleasant Cala Blava or the lively beach of El Arenal. The property is located 2.9 km away from a golf course and approximately half an hour drive to the capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, well known for its amazing cathedral La Seu. In Palma you will find all possible facilities such as bars, great restaurants, shopping centres, public transport etc
